- What counts as a person?
- Anyone with a seat: active members of any role, plus invites that are still pending. Offboarded people stop counting.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not for Free. A paid plan starts a 14-day trial at checkout, and you can cancel before it bills.
- Is there an annual contract?
- No. Starter and Pro are month to month. Enterprise is a dedicated contract because that is what SSO and a signed agreement need.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancelling a paid plan drops you back to Free at the end of the period. Closing your account keeps your data for a 30-day grace period and then deletes it. You can export everything first.
- Which plan do I need?
- Free if you mainly want leave, a directory and policies for a small team. Starter adds onboarding, assets, expiring records and richer leave. Pro is the complete platform: documents, expenses, pay runs, time, performance, recruiting, reporting and integrations.
