HR software for companies without an HR department.
Between ten and a hundred people, HR is usually a third of somebody's job — a founder, an office manager, a finance lead. The software built for that job is either a spreadsheet or a platform that assumes a team of five to run it.
- Under 10 The free plan is the whole product you need.
- 10 to 25 Onboarding stops fitting in someone's head.
- 25 to 50 Documents, expenses and pay runs need a system.
- 50 to 100 Performance and reporting start being asked for.
You pay for the stage you are at, not the one you are planning for.
Free up to ten people, then €5 or €9 per person per month, month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract, and the free plan is a plan rather than a trial with a clock on it.
Six things, before anything clever.
One directory that is right
People, offices, teams, reporting lines and an org chart that shows open seats as well as the people in them. One place, so nobody maintains a second copy.
Leave without a spreadsheet
Requests, approvals and balances with per-country entitlements and public holidays. Free, including the approval routing.
Onboarding that runs itself
A template that starts before day one with tasks for the new person and for you, and an offboarding that runs backwards from the last working day.
Policies people have actually read
Publish the handbook where it will be found and track who has accepted each version. Free, because a small company needs it as much as a big one.
One queue instead of five inboxes
Every approval, signature and request that needs you is in one list, grouped by when it needs you. That is the whole product in one sentence.
An audit trail from day one
Who did what, when, to whom, in an append-only log. Small companies are the ones that most often cannot answer that question later.
The EU part is not an upgrade.
Your database, files, compute and backups run in EU regions. Data export and right-to-erasure are screens in the product rather than a support ticket, and the anonymous reporting channel designed for EU Directive 2019/1937 is on every plan, free included.
Made in Tallinn by a company small enough that the person who answers your email is the person who wrote the code.
The ones small companies ask first.
- How much does it cost for a small team?
- Nothing for up to 10 people, and the free plan is a real plan rather than a trial. Above that, Starter is €5 and Pro €9 per person per month, VAT excluded, month to month with no setup fee. A team of 20 on Starter is €100 a month.
- We have no HR person. Is this going to be too much?
- It is built for exactly that. There is no implementation project and no sales call: you create your company, import your people from a CSV and turn on the modules you need. What needs a decision from you arrives in one queue rather than in five places.
- Which plan does a company our size need?
- Free if you mainly want leave, a directory and policies for a small team. Starter adds onboarding, assets, expiring records and richer leave. Pro is the complete platform: documents, expenses, pay runs, time, performance, recruiting, reporting and integrations.
- How long does it take to set up?
- The people import reads a CSV with one row per person, up to 500 rows a file, previewed before anything is written, with reporting lines linked from a manager email column. If your records are messier than that, we will load them with you as part of a free migration.
- Does it do payroll?
- It does pay runs: payslips and the exports your payroll provider or accountant ingests. Tax calculation and paying people stay with them, deliberately, and we would rather say so than let you find out in month two.
