We're building Hexense because HR software shouldn't be this complicated.
Growing companies shouldn't have to choose between spreadsheets and enterprise HR software. We wanted something in between: modern software, straightforward pricing, strong privacy and an experience that doesn't require an HR degree to operate.
So we're building it ourselves.
Four things we won't trade away.
Simple beats complete
A feature nobody can find might as well not exist. The product is broad, but each screen has to be obvious to someone who has never had HR training.
The price is on the page
Per person, per month, VAT excluded, no setup fee, no annual lock-in. If you cannot work out what you will pay from the pricing page, that page is broken.
EU by design, not by data-centre choice
Hosting in the EU is the start, not the claim. Data rights live inside the product, per-country leave rules ship in the box, and the pay transparency and whistleblowing work is there because European companies need it.
Say what we do not have
No penetration test yet. No certification. A recovery point of up to a day. Our security page says all of it, because a company that hides its gaps is asking you to find them.

Hexense HR is made by Hexense Tech OÜ, an Estonian company based in Tallinn. We are small, and we say so on our security page too, because it is a real consideration for a buyer and because it is why so much of the product is enforced by the database and the build rather than by someone remembering.
We are early. Our first customers are joining through the founding customer programme, and the product is shaped by what they tell us.
