Import your people from a CSV.

Up to 500 people per file, previewed before anything is written.

    Export your people

    From your spreadsheet or your current HR system, one row per person: email, name, role, job title, team, office, phone, start date, and their manager's email. Only the email is required; the rest can follow later.

    Preview before anything is written

    The import shows every row's status first: ready, invalid, already a member, duplicate in the file, or over your seat limit. Nothing is created until you confirm.

    Reporting lines link themselves

    Put a manager's email on each row and the reporting line is set once everyone exists, so approvals route correctly from the first request.

    Apply your country's template

    Work week, public holidays and starter leave types for your country, then adjust. Opening leave balances are set per person by an admin.

What has no bulk import yet.

These can be entered in the app, brought across as part of a migration we do with you, or left in the old system as an archive while Hexense starts fresh. Tell us which matter to you; that is how the import grows.
